01 / Secure checkout

Payments

All prices are displayed in South African rand. Payments are securely processed through Yoco. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

02 / PUDO delivery

Shipping

Orders are delivered within South Africa through The Courier Guy’s PUDO locker service.

Customers must select a PUDO locker and provide the correct cellphone number and email address during checkout. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Phatbru Chilli is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs required to resend the order.

03 / Food-safe returns

Returns

Due to food-safety requirements, opened, used or unsealed chilli products cannot be returned because of a change of mind, personal taste or preferred heat level.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within seven days of delivery where permitted by law. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs on change-of-mind returns.

04 / Something went wrong

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please contact us as soon as possible if a product arrives damaged, leaking, incorrectly supplied, expired or otherwise defective.

Customers may be asked to provide their order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, qualifying defective or unsafe products may be returned for a replacement or refund. Phatbru Chilli will cover reasonable return costs where we supplied an incorrect or defective product.
